


Back to School Wellness Reset
Join us for a wellness camp on Friday August 22nd from 9am- 3pm designed to support emotional well-being through engaging, therapeutic activities in a small group setting. Led and developed by a Licensed Child Clinical Psychologist and facilitated by highly trained doctoral clinical psychology students, this camp combines expert care with creative, hands-on experiences.
Campers will explore a variety of wellness activities—including art therapy, yoga, mindfulness exercises, and nature-based exploration—all designed to teach essential coping skills and stress management techniques in a fun and supportive environment. Through psychoeducation and guided practice, participants will gain tools to better understand and manage their emotions, build resilience, and develop lifelong strategies for mental wellness.
